Capital Region Urology Welcomes Dr. Shaheen Rahman
Shaheen B. Rahman, M.D.
Shaheen B. Rahman, M.D., has joined Capital Region Urology in Albany, New York, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
Board certified in adult and pediatric urology, Dr. Rahman will practice general urology services. His professional interests include urological oncology, stone disease, and voiding dysfunction in men and women.
Previously, Dr. Rahman practiced urology for more than 20 years in Schenectady, New York. He also served for 10 years as chief of urology at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.
Dr. Rahman received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, and completed his residency at Albany Medical Center. He earned a bachelor’s degree in general biology and economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York.
