Dr. Andrea Carrasco Joins Cohoes Family Care

Andrea Carrasco, M.D.

Andrea Carrasco, M.D., has joined Cohoes Family Care in Cohoes, New York, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Carrasco will practice primary care. Her professional interests include geriatrics, pediatrics, and women’s care.

Previously, Dr. Carrasco was a physician group leader with home-based medical care provider Landmark Health in Albany, New York. Prior to that, she was the lead physician at Saratoga Family Physicians in Malta, New York. She also spent 11 years in private practice as a family physician at Five Corners Family Practice in Rotterdam, New York.

Dr. Carrasco received her medical degree from the University of La Frontera in Temuco, Chile. She completed a residency at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, New York.
