Lisa Andersson Joins SPHPMA Home Visiting Physicians

Board-certified adult and holistic nurse practitioner Lisa Andersson has joined SPHPMA Home Visiting Physicians. She will practice home-based primary care.

Nurse Lisa Andersson, MSN, ANP-BC, AHN-BC, has joined the St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates (SPHPMA) Home Visiting Physicians program.

A board-certified adult nurse practitioner and holistic nurse practitioner, Andersson will practice home-based primary care. Her professional interests include holistic care and pain management.

Andersson received two nurse practitioner degrees and her master’s degree in nursing from New York University. Previously she taught in the International Master’s Palliative Care Nursing Program at Sophiahemmet University in Stockholm, Sweden. Andersson was part of a research team at Ersta Diakoni in Stockhom, studying the effects of massage for pain and symptom relief.
