Capital Region Diabetes and Endocrine Care Offers Weight Management Workshop on Resolutions

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates and Capital Region Diabetes and Endocrine Care will offer an educational weight management workshop, “2017 Resolution for Weight Loss: What Really Works?,” Tuesday, Jan. 3, 5 – 6 p.m., 63 Shaker Rd., Suite 204, Albany.

Lynn Sutton, registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator from Capital Region Diabetes and Endocrine Care, will discuss the basics of diets and how to maintain weight loss. She will also educate participants on how to read labels, and combine macronutrients for satiety.

The workshop is free of charge, and open to the public. Space is limited. Registration is required by calling 1-888-941-4009.
