Troy Record: Wilton Woman Named 2018 Mother of the Year

The Record published a story about the 20th annual “Mother of the Year” contest, which took place on Mother’s Day at Tulip Fest in Washington Park in Albany.

One lucky mom was named Mother of the Year on Sunday, Mother’s Day, at the 70th annual Albany Tulip Festival.

The City of Albany and St. Peter’s Health Partners held the 20th Annual Mother of the Year Contest on the Lake House stage in Washington Park, as part of the popular festival held each year on Mother’s Day weekend. During the ceremony with Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan, this year’s Tulip Queen Sawyer Cresap and her Court, June MacClelland was crowned the 2018 Mother of the Year.
