IHANY Joins Venture to Focus on Population Health

The Innovative Health Alliance of New York, the Capital Region's first Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), is joining with other upstate New York CINs to form Concordia Healthcare Network – a "super CIN" dedicated to helping other New York state health systems, hospitals, and provider groups transition to value-based care.
