St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is pleased to welcome Caitlin Sonagere, DO, a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in primary care. Dr. Sonagere practices at Ellis Primary Care at Mohawk Harbor, part of the St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates network.
With extensive experience providing care in the Capital Region, Dr. Sonagere has built a reputation for her compassionate and patient-centered approach. Prior to joining Ellis Primary Care, she served as a primary care provider with Community Care Physicians. Her professional interests include preventive medicine, goals-of-care discussions, end-of-life planning, and delivering holistic care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Sonagere earned her medical degree from the New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
