St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is pleased to welcome Nathan Phelps, MSN, FNP-BC, to Saratoga Family Practice.
Phelps is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan. With a strong focus on preventive care and patient education, Phelps is dedicated to building lasting relationships and supporting individuals and families in achieving their health goals.
Phelps earned both a nursing degree and a master’s degree from Utica University in Utica, New York. Prior to joining Saratoga Family Practice, he gained valuable clinical experience as a registered nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Phelps’ professional interests include delivering primary care across the lifespan, advancing health literacy, and supporting patients in the management of chronic diseases.
