Family Medical Group, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, is pleased to welcome board-certified family nurse practitioner Tara Lorzing-Wilmoth, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, to its team of dedicated primary care providers.
Lorzing-Wilmoth brings more than 15 years of experience as a registered nurse with St. Peter’s Health Partners and Albany Medical Center before advancing her career as a family nurse practitioner. She is passionate about preventative care, women’s health, geriatrics, and mental health, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for her patients.
She earned her nursing degree from Hudson Valley Community College and went on to receive her master’s degree from Utica University in Utica, NY.
