Business Review: St. Mary’s New Cancer Treatment Center Opens

The two men first met when Donnie Tessitore, nursing director for cardiovascular services at St. Peter’s Hospital, offered to help Nicholas Farruggio with his bags. Nick was entering St. Peter’s for the first of what would be several stays as he received in-patient treatment for cancer.

Dr. Ronnie F. Luyun has joined St. Peter’s Medical Oncology/Hematology. Board-certified, he will practice medical oncology and hematology at St. Peter’s Hospital Cancer Care Center.

St. Peter’s Health Partners Cancer Care Center’s caregiver support group is free and open to all individuals caring for someone with cancer.
