Times Union: “Were You Seen” at the Eddy Visiting Nurse Association’s Cuisine Magic?

The Glen at Hiland Meadows will host a free program entitled “Roots that Run Deep: A Program of Songs and Stories of the Adirondacks and the Native American People of the Northeastern Woodlands,” featuring Joseph Bruchac, author and storyteller.

Dr. Francine Rainone, a specialist palliative care physician with more than 20 years of experience in all patient care settings, is now providing in-home consultations for patients with serious illness who need intensive management.

Three Eddy nursing homes were recognized by the New York State Department of Health’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative as top-performing facilities — Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center in Troy, Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, and St. Peter’s Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Albany.
