Times Union: St. Peter’s Health Partners Honors 13 Volunteers at Jefferson Awards

Officials from WNYT-NewsChannel 13, St. Peter’s Health Partners, and the Times Union gathered on June 12 at the New York State Museum to recognize “13 Kids Who Care.”

Meet Scott Jones, an 11th grader at Glens Falls High School and a member of the 2018 class of “13 Kids Who Care.”

St. Peter’s Health Partners, WNYT-NewsChannel 13 and the Times Union have once again teamed up to “uncover” and honor youth in the Capital Region whose volunteer work touches the lives of our residents and improves the quality of life in this area. The program, “13 Kids Who Care,” is now in its 18th year of recognizing truly exceptional kids who cast a bright light on our future. Meet Kathleen Snyder, a 10th grader at Cairo-Durham High School. Kathleen’s volunteer efforts with Club Interact, a school organization that focus on helping those most in need, truly set her apart as a “kid who cares.” Click HERE to see Kathleen’s story.
