Eddy SeniorCare PACE Expands to Albany and Rensselaer Counties
Eddy SeniorCare has expanded its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to a second location. The newly renovated space at St. Joseph’s Provincial House on Watervliet-Shaker Road in Latham will enable Eddy SeniorCare to expand PACE services into Albany and Rensselaer Counties.
