Bethany M. Gilboard Named Interim President/CEO of Alliance for Better Health Care
The Alliance for Better Health Care has appointed experienced health care administrator Bethany M. Gilboard as Interim President/CEO to improve care and lower the costs of caring for many Medicaid recipients in the Capital Region.
