St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is thrilled to welcome Adrianna Hallenbeck, FNP-BC, to St. Peter’s Family Medicine in Latham.
A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Hallenbeck provides comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on prevention and long-term wellness.
Hallenbeck earned her nursing degree from Siena College in Loudonville and completed her master’s degree at Russell Sage College in Troy. She brings valuable clinical experience from her role as an emergency room registered nurse at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Her professional interests include building strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families, preventive medicine and health promotion, pediatric and adolescent health, and providing comprehensive care across the lifespan.
