St. Peter’s Internal and Family Medicine Welcomes Hannah Caron

Hannah Caron, MSN, FNP-BC, has joined St. Peter’s Internal and Family Medicine, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

A board-certified family nurse practitioner, Caron is dedicated to delivering primary care that is thoughtful, individualized, and rooted in genuine compassion. She believes in meeting patients where they are, listening closely to their concerns, and partnering with them to create care plans that support both immediate needs and long-term health goals.

She earned her master’s degree from Utica University in Utica, New York, and received her bachelor’s degree from Chamberlain University.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Caron spent nearly 10 years working as a registered nurse in acute care settings, including four years at Samaritan Hospital, part of St. Peter’s Health Partners. Her extensive bedside experience has deeply influenced her approach to care, reinforcing the importance of trust, clear communication, and treating each patient as a whole person—not just a diagnosis.

Caron’s professional interests include holistic and preventive care, women’s health, and building strong, long-term relationships with patients and families to promote lifelong wellness.
