St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates Welcomes Shannon Farrell

Shannon Farrell, NP, has joined Palliative Care Partners, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

A board-certified nurse practitioner in adult/gerontology, Farrell practices palliative medicine.

Farrell received her master’s degree from Russell Sage College in Troy. Previously, she worked as a registered nurse with St. Peter’s Hospital in the intensive care unit, cancer care, and pre-admission testing.
