As of October 1, Samaritan Hospital will officially transition to the inpatient hospital in Troy, while sister St. Mary’s will become an advanced outpatient services campus. Norman Dascher, chief executive officer of Samaritan and St. Mary’s, talks to News 10 about the changes here.
