Times Union: SEEN — St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation Catherine McAuley Reception

Leaders from St. Peter’s Health Partners and Trinity Health will discuss “A New Vision for Care Coordination” at a Town Hall event held by the Innovative Health Alliance of New York (IHANY).

On Friday, June 1, St. Peter’s Hospital Cancer Care Center and St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates welcomed their survivors the 2018 Cancer Survivor’s Day Ice Cream Social. Cancer survivors and their guests are invited to enjoy an evening of refreshments, music, ice cream, and fun!

Meet Emma Detlefsen, a 4th grader at Berne-Knox-Westerlo Elementary School and a member of the 2018 class of “13 Kids Who Care.”
