Troy Family Aims to Bring Spring Cheer to St. Mary’s Campus, Neighborhood
A Troy resident and his family planted 600 crocuses along Oakwood Avenue, in front of Samaritan Hospital – St. Mary’s Campus, as a way to spread cheer next spring.
