“Wrong Way Charlie”

Shannon Fitzgerald, a psychiatric nurse at Samaritan Hospital, is also a wildlife rehabilitator who spearheaded a mission to rescue “Wrong Way Charlie,” a one-year-old seal trapped in the waters near Lock I of the Champlain Canal in Waterford this summer.
