Dr. France is a board-certified family medicine physician with a rich and varied background in health care. He joins us from Hudson Headwaters Health Network, where he served in multiple capacities—including primary care provider, urgent care clinician, nursing home director, and substance abuse specialist—demonstrating his broad clinical expertise and commitment to comprehensive patient care.
Dr. France earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. He also holds an associate’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Guyana, adding a unique pharmaceutical perspective to his medical practice.
