Kristin Cooke, FNP-CS, GNP-CS
Kristin Cooke, FNP-CS, GNP-CS, has joined Family Medical Group, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
Board-certified in family practice and gerontology, Cooke practices primary care for all ages. She previously practiced as a family nurse practitioner with Delmar Family Medicine in Slingerlands.
Cooke received her nurse practitioner degree from Yale University, and completed her post-graduate work at the Sage Colleges in Albany. She received her master’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
