Choudhry Mumtaz, MD

Choudhry Mumtaz, M.D., has joined St. Peter’s Family Medicine, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Mumtaz practices primary care. As a physician, his goal is to provide family-focused, comprehensive medical care by promoting a healthy lifestyle, disease prevention, and appropriate diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic diseases.

Dr. Mumtaz previously practiced as a primary care physician with the Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He received his medical degree from Universidad Tecnolόgica de Santiago in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
