Zacharias Chasin, M.D., has joined St. Peter’s Family Medicine in Clifton Park, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Chasin practices primary care medicine. He previously was a physician with Garnet Health Doctors and Nuvance Primary Care, both located in New York’s Hudson Valley region.
Dr. Chasin received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Barbados. He completed a residency at the Institute for Family Health in Kingston, New York.
Dr. Chasin’s professional interests include preventive health and helping patients manage their chronic medical conditions including diabetes and hypertension.
