Jill Hoffman, PA

Jill Hoffman, PA-C, has joined Palliative Care Partners, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

A board-certified Physician Assistant, Hoffman practices Palliative Medicine at Samaritan Hospital. She previously worked as a Physician Assistant with Landmark Health in Latham and Albany Medical Center Community Gastroenterology in Schenectady.

Hoffman received her master’s degree from Albany Medical College and her bachelor’s degree from The University at Albany.

Her professional interests include caring for patients living with serious illnesses.
