St. Peter’s Primary Care Malta Welcomes Jessica Pludrzynski

Jessica Pludrzynski, FNP-BC, has joined St. Peter’s Primary Care Malta, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.

A certified family nurse practitioner, Pludrzynski has extensive nursing experience in the Capital Region. Prior to joining St. Peter’s Primary Care Malta, she worked as a family nurse practitioner at St. Peter’s Vascular Associates and as a certified registered rehabilitation nurse and relief supervisor at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners. She also worked as a registered nurse in the Behavioral Health department at St. Mary’s Healthcare in Amsterdam.

Pludrzynski received her master’s degree from The Sage Colleges. Her professional interests include physical rehabilitation and lifestyle medicine.
