St. Peter’s Health Partners and Capital Roots are collaborating to improve the health and well-being of communities, thanks to a new program from the New York State Department of Health. Through its new Creating Healthy Schools and Communities program, St. Peter’s Health Partners and Capital Roots were awarded two grants to help fund initiatives to improve nutrition, combat obesity and increase exercise in schools, and surrounding communities.
