Business Review: 10 Minutes With Norman Dascher

A dedication ceremony was held July 11 to celebrate the opening of the new location of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Wellness Program at Samaritan Hospital.

As of October 1, Samaritan Hospital officially becomes the inpatient hospital in Troy, while St. Mary’s becomes an advanced ambulatory care campus. Norman Dascher, chief executive officer of Samaritan and St. Mary’s, talks with the Times Union about the transition.
