Business Review: Specialty Physician Practice Joins St. Peter’s Health Partners

Another physician practice has joined a larger group, the latest in an ongoing consolidation of practices in the Capital Region.

St. Peter’s Health Partners said Upstate Infectious Diseases Associates has joined its medical group, effective April 1.

Founded in 1996, Albany-based Upstate Infectious Diseases Associates offers diagnosis, treatment, management and care of infectious disease for patients in the Capital Region.

As part of SPHP’s medical group, the practice provides consultations for issues including general infectious diseases, vector-borne illnesses, mycobacterial infections, HIV, post-operative and chronic wound infections, and travel-related illnesses.

The Upstate physicians joining SPHP are Neha KhullarAnita KiehlPhilip Palmieri and Kristina Roddy.
