Times Union: St. Peter’s Health Partners Grant Aims to Create Healthy Habits In Capital Region
St. Peter’s Health Partners and Capital Roots will collaborate over the next five years to improve the health and well-being of communities throughout the Capital Region. The organizations were awarded two grants from the NYS Department of Health’s new Creating Healthy Schools and Communities program.
