Jonah Marshall, M.D., urologic oncologist with Capital Region Urology, appeared on WAMC’s Medical Monday to discuss the latest advancements in the detection and treatment of prostate cancer. September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.
Dr. Marshall reviewed the screening guidelines for men and stressed the importance of annual prostate examinations. Dr. Marshall also discussed the rising rates of cancer in firefighters.
