WNYT: Baby Café to Open in Schenectady

St. Peter’s Health Partners, WNYT-NewsChannel 13 and the Times Union have once again teamed up to “uncover” and honor youth in the Capital Region whose volunteer work touches the lives of our residents and improves the quality of life in this area.

A grand opening celebration and open house were held on August 29 for the nation’s newest Baby Café, located at 1036 Crane Street in Schenectady. The SPHP Baby Café at the Mont Pleasant Library Branch offers pregnant and nursing mothers a place to gather to learn more about breastfeeding and receive free lactation support.
