An emotional reunion 13 years in the making took place Wednesday at St. Peter’s Hospital. Ella Koenig Belliard de Vaubicourt and her mother, Lindsay Shyllon-de Vaubicourt of France, reunited with the NICU nurses who helped save Ella following her premature birth in 2005.
