Cap Today Interviews St. Peter’s William Jerome about Influenza Testing

William Jerome, MLT, point-of-care coordinator in SPHP’s laboratory services department, was interviewed for the article “Rapid PCR rules as labs ready flu arsenal,” in the December 2018 issue of Cap Today.

In the interview, Jerome discusses the use of rapid antigen testing in determining influenza infection. He expressed satisfaction with the performance of the technology that St. Peter’s 60 physician offices have been operating since March 2017 to determine influenza infection.
