Progress continues as construction crews installed the first steel beam for the new Heinrich Medicus Pavillion at the Samaritan Hospital campus in Troy. It’s all part of the $99 million Troy Master Facilities Plan to transform health care for Troy, Rensselaer County, and the surrounding communities. See the photos and update at the Times Union here.
