Troy Record: Lonely at the Top

The Record published a story on the new  state-of-the-art Samaritan Hospital Emergency Department, which opens December 7 and features the Capital Region’s first Senior Emergency Room.

The Times Union published an article on this week’s announcement that SPHP would accelerate its Troy Master Facilities Plan and transition different services at Samaritan Hospital and the St. Mary’s Campus.

On Monday, December 4, St. Peter’s Health Partners hosted a Staff and Physician Open House and Ribbon Cutting, and a Public Open House of the the new Samaritan Hospital Emergency Department, opening  on December 7. SPHP Staff, physicians, and supporters were able to tour the new 32,000 square feet facility,  four times larger than the hospital’s previous emergency department, enjoy refreshments, and meet some of the department staff.
