Family Fun at the Altamont Fair

For Pete’s Sake Thrift Shop celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting and blessing on March 16.

A program led by the St. Peter’s Health Partners office of volunteer services enables social workers, nurses, and information associates at St. Peter’s Hospital to provide vouchers to the Auxiliary-run thrift store, For Pete’s Sake, to patients in need. The vouchers allow these patients to purchase essential items following a hospital stay.

Colleagues from St. Peter’s Health Partners walked, raced, and paddled for several good causes over the past month, raising money for breast cancer and Alzheimer’s awareness and research.
