Thaofiq Ijaiya, M.D., has joined Pulmonary & Critical Care Services, a practice of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates.
Board-certified in pulmonary medicine, Dr. Ijaiya practices pulmonary and critical care medicine. His professional interests include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, occupational lung diseases, pulmonary nodules, and mechanical ventilation.
Dr. Ijaiya received his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He completed his residency and chief residency at Montefiore New Rochelle/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed his fellowship at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Ijaiya received his master’s degree from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom.
