Becoming more resilient can help you not only in your professional life, but in your personal life as well. This Wellness Week, we’re focusing on ways to help you in that quest. One thing you can do is take care of yourself spiritually. This aspect of self-care can enhance feelings of connectedness, helping to ground you and diminish feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Spirituality can mean relying on your religious or spiritual resources, praying, practicing gratitude, or simply connecting with nature or meditating. Some other ways you can enhance your spirituality including finding ways to express yourself (i.e. drawing, painting, writing, etc.), spending time with elders, or reading inspirational works.
