Wellness Week 2018

Life can get busy. Between work, family, bills, and other responsibilities, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. When is the last time you stopped and actually took care of yourself?

SPHP Wellness Week kicks off September 24, and this year, the focus is on YOU! Specifically, resilience and the importance of self-care. If you don’t care for yourself, you can’t be resilient; if you can’t be resilient, you’re less likely to be able to recover from adversity which makes you a prime candidate for burnout — not just at work, but in your overall life.

That’s why it’s important to take a good look at your daily life, and find at least one thing you can do to relax, reflect, and recharge — and don’t feel guilty about it!

Every day this week, we will explore different ways you can care for yourself – physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
