Albany Business Review: St. Peter’s names CEO for senior care services

Many are aware the Department of Veterans Affairs has government-funded assisted living and nursing homes for veterans and eligible family members. But they also offer financial aid and assistance to veterans and eligible family members in need of intermediate or skilled nursing care.

During this season of thanks, one grateful patient gives back in the most unique way to the rehabilitation hospital that took good care of him. Meet Terry Phillips of Glenville and how he came up with the idea and spearheaded the campaign to construct a one-of-a-kind therapy car simulator to donate to the hospital. The Albany Business Review published an article on the newest WellNow Urgent Care to open in the Capital Region. Run by St. Peter’s Health Partners alongside WellNow, the center is located at 1438 Western Avenue in Guilderland. It opens Wednesday, February 5.
