The Community Hospice Foundation and the Northeast Health Foundation will present the “Swinging on a Star Gala,” an inaugural celebration and fundraiser benefiting The Community Hospice, Eddy Visiting Nurse Association and Palliative Care Partners, Saturday, Apr. 1, 5:30 – 11 p.m., at the Rivers Casino & Resort, Schenectady.

Chosen from more than 600 submitted nominations, two SPHP nurses will be named a “Nurse of the Year,” and four SPHP nurses will be honored as Nurse of the Year Finalists, at the 2019 Times Union Salute to Nurses.
