The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recently reported in a new study that overweight, obese, and normal weight boys all experience different rates of puberty. Looking at the timing of puberty across different weight categories, researchers found evidence of earlier puberty for overweight boys and later puberty for obese boys.
