Meet Otto Miller, a young Queensbury man who suffered a horrible fall while shoveling snow off a roof after a snowstorm. He fell 30 feet severing his spinal cord. But Otto is determined to get back on his feet, and he’s getting help at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. See the NewsChannel 13 report here.
