The Times Union shared photos from the Troy Baby Cafe’s first anniversary celebration, held Friday, August 3.
The café, operated by the Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) and funded through a NYS DOH grant held by St. Peter’s Health Partners Community Health Programs, offers new mothers and mothers-to-be a comfortable environment to learn more about breastfeeding. A WIC community baby shower was held in support of the milestone, which also coincided with World Breastfeeding Week.
