How Can I Help?

St. Peter’s Health Partners, Albany Medical Center, and Ellis Medicine would each like to offer their thanks to all the local businesses who have been reaching out during this COVID crisis, asking “How can we help?” In particular, the many offers from local companies and individuals to donate unused surgical and N-95 masks have touched us all deeply – thank you for thinking of our region’s health care workers on the front lines during this battle with the coronavirus.

If you are a business that uses personal protective equipment (PPE) such as N-95 masks, surgical masks, disposable Nitrile gloves or protective eyewear, please consider donating a box or two to your local hospital to help ensure the continued safety of the clinical care team as they fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We ask that all donated items be in usable condition, fully boxed, within the expiration date, and made by a certified manufacturer.

If you do not have any items to donate, but would still like to make a difference, you can make a monetary donation.

Email the following people if you would like to donate PPE supplies or make a monetary donation: Peter Semenza at St. Peter’s Health Partners peter.semenza@sphp.com, James Kellerhouse at Albany Medical Center kellerj2@amc.edu, or Marcia Steiner at Ellis Medicine steinerm@ellismedicine.org. Thank you.
