Heroin is on the rise in the Capital Region. Public television station WMHT and the Times Union recently collaborated in an effort to highlight the growing problem. Michelle, a nurse at Samaritan Hospital, talks about the challenges she and other medical professionals face in helping patients who are brought in on heroin.
