Times Union: Eddy Haven for Abused Elderly Expands to Saratoga County

The Eddy, an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners, will once again sponsor the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s on September 22.

Otto Miller of Queensbury suffered a horrible fall while shoveling snow off a roof after a snowstorm last year. Despite falling 30 feet and severing his spinal cord, Otto is determined to get back on his feet with help from therapists at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital.

September is Healthy Aging Month. It’s a great reminder for everyone, especially seniors, that there is no better time to re-invent yourself than right now.
