St. Peter’s Hospital Welcomes New CDPHP Customer Connect Location
CDPHP has officially opened its new Customer Connect location at St. Peter’s Hospital. The service will help CDPHP inpatients navigate their hospital stays by coordinating care, assisting with medication management, answering question, and collaborating with St. Peter’s staff.
